Mobile Deposit

Deposit a check anytime, anywhere.

Make quick and easy check deposits through our mobile app in a few simple steps:

  1. Log in to the RTFCU Mobile app with your online banking credentials and tap “Deposit” and then “Deposit a check”
  2. Select the account to deposit into
  3. Enter the deposit amount and tap “Take photos”
  4. Endorse the check with your signature and “Mobile Deposit to RTFCU”
  5. Take a picture of the front of the check when prompted and confirm the image is correct
  6. Take a picture of the back of the check when prompted and confirm the image is correct
  7. Tap “Make Deposit”

Funds are normally received within two business days. Please keep your paper check until the funds are posted to your account.

Text Banking

Fast, easy, and secure account balances and transaction history on the go.

Just text us and we’ll reply in seconds with the account information you need. Follow these steps to begin:

  1. Enroll in online banking and select “Mobile” in the top right hand menu.
  2. Select “ADD MOBILE DEVICE”, enter phone number and select “SAVE”
  3. You will receive an activation code by text, enter the code and select “ACTIVATE”
  4. Click the box to use for SMS Banking and/or SMS Alerts and select “SAVE CHANGES”

Send the following text commands to 71806 to receive text message responses directly to your phone:

  • “BAL” or “BAL (Account Nickname)” Shows account balance.
  • “HIST (Account Nickname)” Shows recent transaction history.
  • “HELP” Shows the list of commands and number to call for help.
  • “STOP” To opt-out of text banking and SMS notifications.
