Beginning May 3, 2026

Get Ready to Log In

✔ Enroll in online banking as a new user with your existing member number. 
✔ Make sure you have received and activated your new RTFCU debit card so it’s ready to use on May 4

May 4, 2026

First Day After Conversion

✔ The credit union will reopen at 8:00 AM
✔ Enroll in Bill Pay and set up your payments within online banking
✔ Update your debit card information with any merchants where you have recurring or authorized payments

Now Available

We’re excited to share some important system updates

✔ New Mobile App (Apple users) – The Apple version of our new mobile app is now live! The Android version is still pending and will be available soon.
✔ Mobile Deposit – Now active and available for use.
✔ ITM Functionality – Full ITM services have been restored and are operating normally.
