BILL PAY USERS:
No payee information or bill payment history will be carried over to the new system. Please save and/or print your active bill pay information such as, payee name, address, account number, etc. as well as any payment history you may need. We will help you with this process upon request.
You will have access to the current bill pay system until 4/30/2026 at 6:00pm. Payments scheduled after this in the old system will not be processed.
eStatements
Your old statements will not transfer over to the new system, so save any necessary documents before 4/30/2026 at 6:00pm.
Friday, May 1
- The credit union will be closed while systems are upgrading.
- All services will be offline at this time including online banking and mobile banking.
Saturday, May 2
- Online and mobile banking will remain offline while data is being transferred.
Sunday, May 3
- New online banking will be available for enrollment.
- Online account opening available.
Monday, May 4
- Credit union will RE-OPEN for regular business hours.
- Bill pay and P2P payments activate for enrollment.
- NEW debit cards begin working.
