Mobile Text Banking & Alerts

Do you want to be alerted when your loan payment is due? Or get a quick text to see how much money you have in your checking account?

Just enroll in our free Text Banking and you can get quick account info and alerts sent straight to your mobile device. 

Benefits

  • Members can send text message requests and receive text message replies on the available balance on accounts of enrolled memberships and more.
  • Members can enroll in eAlerts and select to have the alerts sent to them in the form of a text message.  

Enrollment Instructions

  • In online banking and select “Go Mobile” in the top menu and select Text Banking
  • In the mobile app in the bottom right select more and scroll to select Text Banking
  • Then complete the steps to enroll your mobile device and set up account alerts

Once enrolled simply text BAL to 46247 to receive a text message listing the balances of your accounts. If you have more than one account, you can create nicknames to help you tell them apart.

 Text Alerts

Create and stay informed with real time text alerts such as

  • Account balances
  • ACH deposit or withdrawal notification
  • Loan payment due notification
  • eNotice notification
  • Account balance
  • Balance notification (below or above amount you designate)
  • When more than a certain number of transactions post in a day
  • When more than a certain dollar amount of transactions post in a day

Text Banking

Text a Command below to 46247

  • BAL - Balance for all eligible accounts
  • TRANS (CODE YOU CREATE) $AMOUNT - Executes member designed transfer 
  • STOP - Turns off all text banking
  • HELP - Provides help for enenrollment
RTFCU does not change a fee for text banking. However, carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider for information about carrier charges on your mobile phone account and service plan.
